I am a student of light. Fascinated by the intricacies of light and the subtleties of shadow. While I explore the many facets of photography and subject matter, I always return to Fine Art and Still Life. Properly done, a Still Life image can transport you to another place, another time, another emotion.

The still life and fine art images contained on these pages represent my passion. For me, photography is about visualization and is an outlet for my creative side. Through lighting, composition, and the search for and selection of props, I try to instill a sense of feeling or emotion into each image that I create. I can often be found in my little basement studio at three or four in the morning tweaking my lighting or going through my props for just the right items to bring a vision to life.
